4. Pay a small deposit or pay in full.
Rent a Bounce House with Ease
1. You'll immediately receive a receipt to confirm your order.
2. A member of our team will call to confirm the booking and go over any questions you may have.
3. On the day of your pickup, give yourself about 15-30 minutes to fill out some safety information and then a member of our team will go over operation, setup, and return of the bounce house.
4. Next, we will get you loaded and on your way so that you can enjoy some fun.
5. Once you've arrived at the party location, select the most flat location possible for setup. Review our setup instructions for more details.
6. Once the party is done, clean the inflatable, and roll it up as directed.
7. Make sure to bring the bounce house back on the date specified on your order and we will help unload it and blow it up to verify that it is clean and in good condition.

As part of our customer commitment, we offer a risk-free cancellation policy which means that after you've placed an order, you have up to 24 hours to cancel it for any reason and receive a full refund. No fees. No questions. 100% of the payment refunded back to you.
Cancellation request must be made by midnight of the day after the order is placed. This means that if an order is placed on a Monday, you have up until midnight on Tuesday to cancel the order. Requests must be made over the phone to 404-445-7897 or via email.
